Ramon’s World

I gave birth to Ramon Harris at 6 1/2 months who was
Diagnosed with ABS. It was hard as a mother to except this especially when you
questioned yourself what did you do wrong. He was born with a small left hand
that didn’t fully develop. At six months his left hand was amputated.

It took a while for me to come to realization that this is
how he will be for the rest of his life. Through prayer and an awesome support
system I was able to overcome this fear I had for my child in todays’ society.
He is now three years old and the happiest child I know. The best thing I could
ever teach my son about his situation is that “God made him different”
and he will share and tell his story with everyone who asks what happened to
his hand. He is in love with himself and that’s the best gift I could ever ask
for.

Thankful to share such a blessing without all.
